Instead of going through training because employees are required to, they should have a positive attitude in doing so. You as the employer should help workers understand the importance of correct training. Let them understand that they could injure or kill not only themselves, but other individuals, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to ensure that all your employees undertake training seriously.
