Lull Telehandlers
Since the year 1959, Lull has been producing telehandlers. Their machines have been designed for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This particular system offers much more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer a huge range of optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you complete all your needs, whilst being safe and efficient at the worksite. If both precision and accuracy are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
To be able to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible, numerous attachments have been designed and made such as winches, booms, and rotating fork carriages, to allow the forklift to position materials more accurately. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures so as to position loads in the upper or center floors or on interior roof slope settings. New products and attachments are being made and engineered all the time and will debut in the future.
Lots of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For instance, load-reach management devices are able to restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled rather than relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to know the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The boom's memory will compare the angle and the extension of the boom with the safety limits, once the load is being placed into position. There is an essential lock-up device or a warning system which prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
